What does the induction process involve?
New colleagues undergo a structured induction process. They are assigned a designated contact person, familiarise themselves with all relevant processes, and are guided step by step into their roles. Any skills they may need can be learnt during the induction period.
Are there opportunities for students and trainees?
Yes. We regularly offer apprenticeships, work placements, part-time student roles and opportunities for final-year projects. Please feel free to contact us directly.
Are there any opportunities for school pupils?
Yes. We regularly offer work experience placements for students of various year groups. In our experience, this is a huge help when it comes to choosing a vocational training course later on, and we look forward to hearing from you.
